Scope: This $38 million, 250,000 sq ft middle school is a three-story building situated on 40 acres, complete with full athletic facilities and 2 practice fields. During the pre‐construction phase, we worked closely with CFISD, IBI-Bay and our subcontractors to identify engineering opportunities of significant value that saved the school district over $1 million without significantly changing the design.
