We had the opportunity to work with DivisionOne Construction LLC, as General Contractor for this project. DivisionOne Construction performed and delivered an excellent project, in terms of quality, time, and budget. Thanks to DivisionOne’s organization and work with the designer, this facility earned a ‘LEED Silver Certification’ by the USGBC on August 17, 2011. We recommend DivisionOne Construction for any project of similar magnitude without reservation.
DivisionOne successfully completed a very difficult $12 million renovation project across 6 elementary campuses in 64 days. It was the largest and most complicated summer renovation project completed for Fort Bend ISO to date. Not only did DivisionOne reach substantial completion on time, but the punch list did not preclude us from occupying and opening the campuses and it was completed within a very reasonable timeframe.
It is also important to note that the project team was very flexible, cooperative and proactive in resolving the inevitable issues that occur on a fast-paced renovation. This attitude of teamwork was key to making this project a successful one for Fort Bend ISO. The work performed by DivisionOne on behalf of Fort Bend ISO was performed in a very professional manner and in compliance with our contract documents.

The team that DivisionOne has provided to work with Santa Fe ISD has been exceptional to work with and provided a seamless construction process. DivisionOne began the construction of the William F. Barnett Elementary School in April 2018 with an anticipated substantial completion date of May 2019. To date the project has met milestones while dealing with extremely wet conditions during the construction. In addition to this project, in May of 2018, SFISD reached out to Division One to help repair and reconfigure our high school for school year 2018/2019. They worked as a team on this unplanned project and were very flexible and timely with everything they were asked to do. They delivered this project within the expected and anticipated time frame of the project given the short notice, dynamic situation, and ever changing conditions of the project. DivisionOne Construction is a very responsive contractor and I look forward to working with DivisionOne Construction on upcoming projects
Division One Construction recently completed our Kings Manor Elementary School Addition and Renovations Project. The company did a great job in completing the base bid work under adverse conditions. The Certificate of Substantial Completion was executed in August, 2017, in compliance with the contract date.
