Scope: $24 million two-stage renovation project with a seating capacity of 11,000. Stadium renovations include: a brand new two-story press box with elevator access; new restrooms, ticket booths, and concession stations on the home and visitor sides of the field; a new scoreboard, sound system, and lighting; and renovated fencing and separate staff and student entrances. The new $18 million natatorium accommodates more than 1,000 visitors.
The natatorium features 140-foot span glulam joist beams and two-tone decking and is the third largest competition pool in the Houston area.
